Please come to the front door and I will let you in 5 minutes before your appointment time. Direct billing available to most insurance companies. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment. Accepted forms of payment include e-transfer, debit, credit and cash. If paying with cash, please bring exact amount.
